125g phase softened
65g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract optional
200g Doves Farm Freee plain gluten free flour
50g cornflour corn flour
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Whisk phase and sugar until pale
Add vanilla – if using
Add rest of ingredients to form a dough
Roll into logs and chill
Slice to desired thickness
Bake at 140 16 minutes until completely set
Sprinkle with caster sugar when they come out of the oven
